Puerto de Ciudadela, Menorca, Balearic Islands, Spain

General - Puerto de Ciudadela is a very attractive old harbour set in a long narrow cala. The approach and entry bare easy although the entrance is very difficult to spot until close in. Shelter on the whole is good although there is some swell with winds from the SW - W and entrance is not advised in SW winds as the sea breaks across the entrance. Both the harbour and town are very crowded during the summer months.
