General - Valencia Marina or Real Club Nautico de Valencia lies to the S of the main commercial harbour. It is clear of noise, dirt and heavy wash to be found in the main harbour but unfortunately clear of just about everything else with the nearest supermarket 2km at Nazaret.

Approach & Entrance - From the S Cabo Cullera with its lighthouse is easily identified. The coast beyond is low, flat and sandy. The mass of buildings and its industrial fog and smoke can be seen several miles off.. From N Puerto de Valencia is easily identified by its long, high breakwater. Valencia Marina lies to the SW of Valencia Harbour. If coming from the N give the main harbour entrance a wide berth and be aware that commercial vessels have right of way. Approach the head of the eastern breakwater and leave it to starboard, round the western breakwater leaving it to port and enter the marina through a second pair of breakwaters.

Local Area - Valencia is the third largest city in Spain and has much to see.
