General - Doca de Belem is the second of Lisbon's six marinas as you travel up the Rio Tejo. It is run by the Administracao do Porto de Lisboa. Position - 38º 40' N 9º 18' W Tides; Reference port - Lisbon is a standard port Heights in metres -

Enter the Rio Tejo between Fort Sao Julio on the N shore and Fort Bugio in the channel to the SE. From the north - Keep 1 mile of Cabo da Roca and Cabo Rasa. Follow the coast and enter the Rio Tejo between Fort Sao Julio on the N shore and Fort Bugio in the channel to the SE. To enter - Care is needed as there are strong cross currents at the entrance. This is the second marina as you travel up river. The entrance is on the N shore of the river beyond the Torre de Belem and 700m past the first marina.
