General - Constanta Small Boat Harbour or Port Tomas lies on the Black Sea coast of Romania. Good all round shelter except on the N end of the E quay where swell may work into the harbour.

Approach & Entrance; The harbour lies 5 miles to the N of the S end of the commercial harbour. A round high rise building can be seen just to the of the harbour. Large red and green towers mark the entrance.
To enter - Approach from the SW and turn to port once inside the harbour.
Berths - Alongside the quay where there is space or where directed.

Formalities - Constanta is a port of entry. Call ahead on VHF. The crew should not leave the yacht until all formalities have been completed. When departing call on VHF one hour prior to departure.
