General - Puerto de s'Estanyol is a small fishing and yacht harbour on the S coast of Mallorca. It is easy to approach and enter in all but winds and swell from SE - S when the shallow water in the approach would become dangerous. Position - 39º 21.4' N 2º 55.2' E Charts, Pilots & Cruising Guides - See the following link for Charts of the Balearic Islands Approach & Entrance - From the E round Punta Salinas and follow the coast in a NW direction 1 mile off. Punta Puntasa and the village of Colonia Santa Jordi will be easily recognised. Cross the Ensenada de la Rapita toward Punta Plana and its lighthouse. Puerto de s'Estanyol lies 1000m to the NNE of the lighthouse. From the W round Cabo Blanco and follow the coast on a E course 0.5 mile off. Cala Pi with a large watch tower will be identified. Pass Punta Puntasa and steer NNE towards the harbour. To enter Puerto de s'Estanyol approach on a NW -N course and leave the outer head of the breakwater to port at 10m and the other breakwater head to starboard.
