San Antonio de la Playa Marina, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain

General - San Antonio de la Playa Marina is a purpose built facility, with over 500 berths, on the south coast of Mallorca. It is easy to approach and enter except in strong winds and heavy swell from SE -SW when it could be dangerous due to shallows in the close approach. It is under the flight path to Palma airport just 0.5 mile inland and noisy as a consequence.

Approach & Entrance - From the S and E pass Cabo Blanco and follow the coast at 1 mile off. From Cabo Enderrocat, which may be identified from a tower on its summit and some fortifications, steer a course NNW for the N end of the Playa de Arenal. In the close approach the marina breakwaters will be seen. From the W pass Punta de Cala Figuera and steer NW towards the head of the Bahia de Palma. In the close approach the marina breakwaters will be seen. To enter approach on a northerly course and leave the western breakwater 15m to port. Then leave the eastern breakwater 15m to starboard.

Berths - Secure to the visitors pontoon and await allocation of a berth.
