Digital photos are also very welcome. General - Las Salinas Anchorage is located between Santo Domingo and Azua on the S shore of the island of the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean Sea. Salinas is an area that includes salt mines, mangroves, sand dunes, thorn scrub and is a great place for waders and shorebirds. Moorings - If anchoring in the bay, the holding is very good in front of the Hotel Salinas and it is possible to leave the dinghy at the pontoon there. The pontoon has water and electricity.
