General - Marina Luperon Yacht Club is located at Puerto Plata on the N shore of the Dominican Republic. The facility offers slips. Luperon Harbour is a great hurricane hole with a very friendly sailing community. Luperon, though a small rural town, has markets and hardware stores, discos, hospital, police, and two dentists.
