Burgundy, also known as Bourgogne, is in east central France. It is divided into the departments of Côte d'Or, Nièvre, Saône-et-Loire and Yonne. Dijon is the largest city in Burgundy, famed for its mustard. The area is an important wine producer with well known names such as Beaune, Chablis and Nuits-Saint-Georges.
