John said on the 06/04/12 - "Wintered here (2011/2012) lifted out in the boatyard and left the boat unoccupied. The yard is very good, lots of help available. The lift out and cradling facilities are very good and the price is very reasonable. Marina staff are excellent with several English speakers. There is no water/electricity in the usual sense, electricity is available from a workshop and is discontinued at night. Water is from a shared hose. There are several liveaboards."
