Approach and Entrance -

From the West - Pass through the Straights of Gibraltar. Yachts should stand at least 1 mile off the coast. On rounding Cabo Carnero the port and city will be seen some 3 miles to the N.
From the East - Crossing the Bay of Gibraltar the entrance to the marina can be seen to the south of the fuel tanks.
Entrance -The approaches to Algeciras are very busy. Be aware of the high speed ferries. There is foul ground close to the entrance to the marina and yachts should ensure they pass through the 3 bouys marking the entrance. Pass between the breakwater heads the form the dogleg entrance. Berths are in the Darsena del Saladillo immediately to port
