A no wake zone in front of marina helps to reduce the roll. The facility combines slips, boat yard and a storage operation. Most services are provided by the boat yard but owners are welcome to do their own work. The gray 2 story building and adjacent work and storage sheds are perched high above the water are easily seen, as is the Blue Oar Restaurant that sits on pilings at dock level.
