General - Inner Harbor Marine comprises five sets of floating docks with bright blue awnings. flow toward the harbour's head .The slips have lovely views of parkland in one direction and a striking cityscape in the other. Just to the E is the American Visionary Art Museum. A short stroll west along the promenade is the Maryland Science Museum, Harbor Place and many Inner Harbor attractions, museums, the aquarium, tall ships and the USS Constellation.

Approach and Entrance - From Chesapeake Bay make for the Patapsco River. Then the Brewerton Channel to Fort McHenry Channel and finally to the Northwest Channel. Inner Harbor Marine Center lies in the inner harbour. Head for the Rusty Scupper, a three storey building of steel and concrete touched with red, on the port side as you approach the head of the Inner Harbor.
