Approach and Entrance - From the Atlantic Ocean make for Block Island in Block Island Sound. Payne's New Harbor Dock is the last transient facility in Great Salt Pond on the western side of the island.

Berths & Moorings - 100 slips all reserved for transients. Boats are docked stern to, directly next to each other, there are no finger piers. Reservations cannot be made.
