General - Rosario Beach State Park is located at Oak Harbor, in the state of Washington on the Pacific coast of the NW USA. The facility offers slips and moorings. This state park offers little in the way of protection or amenities for the boater. Part of the bay is a marine preserve and, as such, no marine life should be taken or disturbed
